Inside the Brain of a Call of Duty World Champion

I’d seen videos of Scump winning before. I knew he was the 2017 Call of Duty Champion and two time Major League Gaming X Games gold medalist. But I had no idea what it would be like to go head to head (and brain to brain) with him, in person.

It was incredible. Like watching Da Vinci paint, or Michael Jordan dunk in his prime. Scump made reflexive, lighting-fast decisions with pinpoint accuracy, all without breaking a sweat. What makes him so good? Is his brain just built differently than the rest of ours?

Watch for yourself to see how I fared against him, and how an expert and novice brain play the same game : video and trailer.
