Depression - TMS and SPRAVATO
This observational study is currently enrolling in select U.S. clinics, and aims to develop brain-based biomarkers using Kernel's TD-fNIRS technology to better predict individual responses to treatments for major depressive disorder (MDD).
Location: Multiple Sites
Compensation: $65 per visit (3 visits) + personalized Brain Report
Depression - Accelerated TMS and Healthy Controls
This observational study is currently enrolling in a SF Bay Area clinic, and aims to develop brain-based biomarkers using Kernel's TD-fNIRS technology to better predict individual responses to accelerated TMS for major depressive disorder (MDD). Participants undergoing accelerated TMS treatment will complete up to 4 short study visits over one month, typically aligned with their clinical care. Healthy adults without a depression diagnosis are also being recruited as a control group. Control participants complete a more extensive assessment protocol across up to 2 visits over a one-month period.
Location: Acacia Clinics (patients and healthy controls), Kernel (healthy controls only - enrollment opening soon)
Compensation: Personalized Brain Report. Healthy controls receive $50 per visit.
